Heretic! Teams and Authority
In preparation for ArcaneCon I created four heavily kitbashed and scratch-built teams for Heretic!
Each team was given backstory and a political motivation tying them to a real-world issue. Along with the protesters, two Authority figures were created.
Gaslands Truck – The Toxic Queen
I built this miniature out of a basic Matchbox truck in early 2018 but didn’t paint it until this year. Because I was so happy with the underlying model, I tried very hard to do it justice with the paintjob. I used visible brush strokes, vivid colors, and a great deal of lining in to create a comic book-inspired effect.
“Quixote” for Flames of Orion
This piece was created for Flames of Orion, the grimdark mech skirmish game from Stephen Hupfer. It was kitbashed almost entirely from 15mm plastic WWII tank kits.
